HYUNDAI
Heavy industry corporation Hyundai has vast manufacturing experience in the areas of electronics, transport, construction and robotics. Since its initial foray into solar in 2005, Hyundai has swiftly established a significant presence in the industry.

Hyundai Heavy Industries has its own Research Institutes in Shanghai, Budapest and California, 600 engineers in four domestic research centres, as well as an industry-academic network which stretches to Europe, Australia, South America and Africa. Hyundai commenced the manufacture of solar modules in 2005 and within just four months of production received CE and IEC certifications (internationally recognised accreditations), an impressive achievement given the short time frame. Hyundai's solar modules are manufactured via a fully-automated manufacturing process in its facilities located at Eumseong, Korea. The solar division's swift growth is a result of its manufacturing expertise and commitment to quality control. | ![]() |

Most panel manufactures allow for positive/negative rating to factor in slight performance inconsistencies that occur in actual application. Hyundai 250W panels only have a positive rating. Thus the panel ships with a guaranteed minimum output of 250W, with some performing up to 7.5W higher.

MG Series Mono-crystalline PV MODULE Their larger than average size means that more power can be produce on roofs, where additional space is available. Additionally, the solar cells are treated with oxidized and enamel coating to shield them from salt corrosion, thus providing strong protection in areas situated along the coastline. The inclusion of 3 (most have fewer) bypass diodes per module helps maintain power generating capacity when a panel becomes partially shaded. |
